This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Coordinator at Tatbeek. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, delivering training sessions, and managing sales processes effectively.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with potential clients
- Presenting our products and services
- Following up on offers and meetings
- Conducting sales calls and scheduling meetings
- Maintaining daily records in our CRM system
- Providing exceptional customer service and follow-up
- Ensuring accurate customer information is maintained in our system
Must Have
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Having 3+ years of experience in a similar postion
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Nice to have
- Have epxerience in B2B and selling solutions
- Excellent in Enginsh Language
- Resides in Cairo or Giza
- Strong analytical skills
