At TATBEEK, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct. Our Code of Ethics reflects our dedication to professionalism, integrity, and respect in all our interactions. We believe that adhering to these principles is essential for building trust and fostering long-term relationships with our colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

1. Professional Conduct We conduct ourselves in a professional manner at all times, demonstrating respect, integrity, and accountability in our interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

2. Conflict of Interest We avoid any activities or interests that could conflict with our responsibilities at TATBEEK. Any potential or actual conflicts of interest are disclosed to management immediately.

3. Confidentiality We protect confidential information and use it solely for the benefit of the company or the customer. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action. Confidential information includes, Business details, professional practices, Technology, Financial information, Employee or customer data, and Products and services.

4. Intellectual Property All intellectual property created during employment at TATBEEK or joint ventures belongs to the company. We respect and protect the company's intellectual property rights as others' intellectual property rights as well.

5. Media Relations We obtain approval from the customers before engaging with the media or making public statements about related customers' projects.

6. Security We are responsible for safeguarding our accounts and ensuring that our passwords are secure. Unauthorized access to company systems is prohibited. We:

  • Customers create their passwords themselves and we are never save it completely. 
  • Never share our passwords with others.
  • Alert system support or change our password if it has been compromised.
  • Ensure our PCs are shut down correctly and turned off when leaving the office to prevent unauthorized access.

7. Software Compliance All software used on company systems must be properly licensed. The use of unauthorized or cracked software is strictly prohibited. All software purchases must be approved by the CEO.

8. Ethical Decision-Making We make decisions that align with the company's values and ethical standards. When in doubt, we seek guidance from management.

9. Respect and Inclusion TATBEEK is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We treat each other with respect and value different perspectives and backgrounds.
