We will accept a broad range of presentations, from reports on academic and commercial projects to tutorials and case studies. As long as the presentation is interesting and potentially useful to the audience, it will be considered for inclusion in the programme.

Talks Types

  • Regular Talks. These are standard talks with slides, alocated in slots of 60 minutes.
  • Lightning Talks. These are 30 minutes talks on many different topics. Most topics are accepted in lightning talks.

Submission Agreement

We require speakers to accept an agreement in which they commit to:

  • Timely release of presentation material (slides), for publishing on our website.
  • Allow video and audio recording of their presentation, for publishing on our website.

Notes

  • This course will be held in a suitable and comfortable place in Nasr City or New Cairo, depending on the number of attendees and their locations. 

  • Participants will be notified of the exact location and detailed agenda one week prior to the course.

  • This course offers a comprehensive learning experience, complete with lunch, coffee breaks, and a certificate of completion to recognize your achievement.

Khaled Hassoun

 With 16 years of experience in production management and Lean consulting, Khaled is a seasoned expert in Lean manufacturing and process optimization. He has spearheaded impactful initiatives such as the Quality Wins program, ergonomics enhancement, TPM implementation, and layout and process improvement, achieving significant cost savings and operational efficiency. Khaled's extensive training includes the prestigious Ignite Advanced Program at Harvard University, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, APICS' Basics of Supply Chain Management, and MTM [Method-Time Measurements] certified by Harry Mitchell College in the UK.
