 With 16 years of experience in production management and Lean consulting, Khaled is a seasoned expert in Lean manufacturing and process optimization. He has spearheaded impactful initiatives such as the Quality Wins program, ergonomics enhancement, TPM implementation, and layout and process improvement, achieving significant cost savings and operational efficiency.
